Your future tasks:
Sell innovative payment products and solutions (SmartPOS, mPOS, Omnichannel, etc.) to a wide range of customer segments. (Acquirers, PSPs, ISVs, large retailers).
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships all around the world, with initial focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Managing many different customer relations, international key accounts, from initial contact to closing, and successful implementation of signed contracts.
Developing high quality and attractive commercial proposals, coordinating various inputs from TECS Product Managers and relevant 3rd parties.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Analyzing the market’s potential and trends, tracking sales and status reports
Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
5+ years of experience in a sales manager, account management or consultancy position in an international B2B business environment
Relationship builder with strong drive for results (80% hunter & 20% farmer mentality).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
High level of initiative and persistance with a solution-oriented approach
Technology/sales background is a must, ability to understand customer requirements for product functionality and performance
Understanding of the card payment/ transaction based business is a strong advantage.
